02. Permissible Node Interaction
Users are strictly forbidden from utilizing our input nodes, contact pipelines, or internal server routing to execute malicious network routines, including but not limited to: cross-site scripting (XSS), SQL injections, payload flooding, or spam operations. Any detected abuse of our endpoint fields will result in an immediate IP boundary block and potential transmission to relevant network providers.
03. Project Ingestion Boundaries
Submitting a form or request through this portal triggers an initial architectural review but does not constitute a formal binding development contract. Official engineering allocations, deliverables, intellectual property frameworks, and payment milestones are managed exclusively under separate, bilateral master service agreements.
04. Intellectual Property Limits
All architectural layouts, custom design code styles, metadata frameworks, and functional logic blocks present on this application domain are the exclusive property of Webflare Design Co. and are protected by system security layouts and copyright rules.
05. Disclaimer of System Liability
This web node and its data inputs are provided on an "as-is" configuration matrix. While we maintain a security-first stance to safeguard transmissions, Webflare Design Co. explicitly disclaims any operational liability for network downtime, intermittent communication line dropouts, or external systemic routing errors outside our server framework boundaries.
